Finishing 2nd Semester
It may seem that I am super busy with school and that's why I have only 2 posts in the past 6 months. Well, true, but not completely accurate. This semester has been "less challenging" or "easier" as some people say. But I think 1st semester was an adjustment period. The culture shock, remembering how to study efficiently, and then actually making the time to do it. This time around I was better prepared and used to the lifestyle in general. But now we are looking at 4 more lectures and 2 exams (Immunology and Bioethics). We might as well start planning the party. "Booooooom its on!" To summarize what is new: I moved into a 2 bedroom/2 bath duplex by myself and am really loving the newfound independence. I feel like I'm 18 again. This semester my grades are where they should be, knocking the hell out of every test. When you see me next month, pat my back and buy me a beer haha! I'm planning to drive back to Texas and should arrive around December 11th or 12th. I'll be staying in Austin until New Years Eve which I'll be spending in Houston, then driving back to Mexico around the 4th of January. Most of you have read my emails about whats going down. If not, you know how to reach me. There are several new albums in the photo gallery. Nothing super spectacular, some parties, some pyramids, some bars, etc. Enjoy!
