Hectic Work Schedule / River Raft Race

Yup, told you there wouldnt be any new pics up..and the last update was over a month ago. I've been real busy as I'm sure most of yall know. I've changed work schedules 3 times, and the current is from 6am-3pm. This one is the latest I've been able to GO TO WORK, at one point I was going in at 4:30am. Anyway, this coming weekend, the 26th, is the River Race. If you've been then you already know. Otherwise, go look at some pics from a few years ago. The official website is www.riverraftrace.com. All the info is there. Yeah and Happy Birthday to all the March, April, and I'll go ahead and say YO to the May birthdays too. Check the calendar, to see dates (email me if yours is missing/wrong).
The only other thing I've updated is my list of CDs. And please quit asking, cause I wont send you any. =]

Spring Break: The Aftermath (minus Dr. Dre)

Whoaaaaaa Spring Break is finally over and thats good cause I doubt I can handle any more alcohol. For those of you that are retarded and didn't come to South Padre, we had the best year yet. I'll try to list all 60 people that came but I know that Ill leave someone out =].
 
Tim, Becky, Amy, Jennifer, Julie, Erik, Byron, Kristen, Fred, Dante, T, Abel, Marina, Josh, Becky, Braxton, Luika, Amy, Liza, Chad, Allison, Sheila, Donna, Jimmy, Carmen, Wally, Shannon, Jackie, Elliot, Josh, Christel, Mike, Coffee, Jared, Justin, Jim, JR, Jeff, Ashley, Justin, Kevin, Kim, Sonya, Ryan, Julie, Brandy, Mycall, Lori, Meagan, Marissa...shit I cant remember the rest.
 
Anyway heres some of the crazy shit that happened (very rough estimates, with x-rated things left out). Day 1: Luika wins the Coca-cola dance contest (with a lil cheating, hehe), Kevin passes out on the beach in the trash pile, Mike G & Jim get in a fight on the beach with a guy from SWT, Lambda Chi's offer us $120 for the flag pole, went to Louie's to see DJ Scribble, I passed out and got fucked with all night. Day 2: Our team gets to the tug-o-war finals, Kevin climbs the flag pole (stripper style) falls (then breaks the pole in half, landing on the ice chests, Dante bongs 1/2 a bottle of Henney, Dante gets on the hotel roof, Dante will not stop freestlyin (chill out, chill out), Dante knocks a dude out and splits his head open, Dante puches out hotel window, Dante goes to jail (2 nights). Day 3: Beach Party HELL YEAH! This day was freakin crazy! Kevin, how the hell did the sink end up broken on the floor? lol, geeezus that was so funny. Where's Dante, oh yeah he's in jail. Where's fred, oh yeah..I think I remember. Abel you dog-ass, get out the room! We did end up missin the Naughty-By-Nature show, I think I forgot. We went to Club Chaos, it was ok. I dont think Ill go back there though. Not sure if I'll ever be in Padre again. yeah right.  Well, thats all I can remember right now..Im seriously gonna try to get some pics up. Send me yours or let me scan them.

Well, there have been no updates for a month. This is cause Ive been workin my ass off and dont have alot of time for the site. I make the most of my time, and when Im off work I usually am not near a PC. Spring Break is one week away today. We have a total of 15 rooms at the Miramar (64 people). There are 2 openings. Hit me up if interested. Im on a mission to buy a digital camera before the trip. Im tired of scanning pictures, and payin for that shit is too old school. Anyway, gotta bounce. See ya in a week!

Casino Trip this Weekend

Whatsup!! Well yesterday was an eventfull day! First off I want to congratulate Drew and Carmen. They got married yesterday here in San Marcos at the river pub (not pube).  I also had an interview at Praxair as Chemist in Austin. I GOT THE JOB!! WHOO!! Im pretty excited about it. I start Monday. My job is to fill gas cylinders with different gases and test the different mixtures to verify concentrations. Pays well also.  Oh and I already asked off for Spring Break! 
 
Tonight a few of us are taking a bus to the Grand Casino Coushatta. The hours are a bit crazy though. The bus picks us up at 8pm. We get to the casino at 2am. We leave the casino at 10am. Back home at 4pm. Its gonna be a long day.
 
The new 50 Cent cd is out. Its called "Get Rich Or Die Tryin". Pick it up..the whole cd is great, start to finish.

Spring Break South Padre Island Reminders

Everyone is tired of me calling them about spring break, but this is it, promise!. Its 1 month away and the rooms are filling. So far we have a total of 6 rooms with 2 or 3 maybes. I also recommend bringing your own beer, so look for specials...I guess I could of mentioned that before the Superbowl sale. Kevin and I took a trip to College Station last week and I bought 4 30-packs of Keystone Light for $10 each. That should last 3 days hehe.
 
Superbowl XXXVII went great at Kevin's. I got home a little after 4am and had been drinking so long that I felt sober. Knew I shoulda bet on Tampa Bay to get some extra $$$.  I am not substitute teaching anymore. Dont ask.  HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO JESSICA T!

Acuna Summary

School is back! Which means nothing to me. Good luck this semester and remember to try hard at the beginning because when it starts to warm up, everyone drops their books and hits the pool.
 
Which reminds me. Since we didnt have a cold winter yet, does that mean that it will be cold during Spring Break? hmmm. Its less than 2 months away! Time to hit the gym and the tanning bed!
 
Acuna turned out to be a good time. I guess you really cant have a bad time unless you do something stupid to get arrested or get an ass-kickin. It did rain on us the whole way there, the whole time there, and the whole way back. There were 13 of us total. Me, Cree, Alison, Christel, Bob, Mandy, Mike G, Jim, Misti, Darcy, Katelyn, Allison, and Alex. Thanks to all of you that went, that is the last time Im planning a trip over there. Besides a little puke, everything went great. (I actually think that puking makes it more memorable =] )
 
The Super Bowl Party will be held at Kevin C's new house on Cedar Grove in San Marcos on Sunday, January 26th.

New Years Eve Party Went Down Like a Badass Perm

HAPPY NEW YEAR! Its 2003 and I think for me this year will be one with many changes in life. Everyone, take a look back and see what you want to change for the new year. Maybe practice better study habits, spend more time with your family and friends, maybe lose that 10-15 lbs. you gained, or maybe just stop smokin the rock.
 
So anyway, about NYE. Eddie and Cree had the party at their house on Sagewood. Erik, Byron, and Jonathan were the only ones that drove here from out of town. Thanks guys for coming! The party was a huge success and I know we had waaaay too much alcohol because we had to drink the rest on New Year's night. I was one of many that got the pukes. I might say it was the Bud Ice, the Everclear punch, or the Jager, or the Goldschallger, or the So Co, or the Champagne. Or maybe it was that nasty cigar someone made me smoke. Damn it, who cares because I dont even remember it. I awoke in the morning with no clue of where I was. Eddie was asleep in the garage. People were all over the floor, laying in puddles of vomit and mud. Thats when you know the party was GREAT! I took a bunch of pictures so I might get them online someday.
