April 22nd

Finally a week without exams

Last week was pretty rough- coming back from a great Spring Break and returning to the UAG. It's what I call "The Holiday Hangover", which has nothing to do with vomit or a headache. It's when you're back to the normal grind, but your mind is still in Acapulco or wherever you enjoyed the break. Trust me, it was hard to focus on pyruvate caboxylase and Tay-Sachs Disease. On top of that, I had kicked my coffee habit (or traded it for alcohol perhaps) but now that I'm back to the books I HAD to have my coffee. Regardless, it worked like a charm...

Spring Break 2007

There were 6 of us total including Ramon, Angel, Tripp, Danielle, myself, plus our chauffeur Alfredo. We packed up our luggage and road sodas, jumped in the deluxe mini-van and that is how the adventure began. Spring Break included a trip through Mexico City, a stop at the pyramids of Teotihuacán, and the final days spent in beautiful Acapulco.

We spent the first day touring the pyramids of Teotihuacán, which was one of the things on my "life to-do list".
